It is my honour to provide to you the Report of the Appellate Body in Indonesia – Importation of Horticultural Products, Animals and Animal Products, WT/DS477/AB/R – WT/DS478/AB/R. The three Members of the Appellate Body who served on this appeal were Mr Ujal Singh Bhatia as Presiding Member, and Mr Thomas R. Graham and Mr Ricardo Ramírez-Hernández as Members.
