While this proposal reflects the technical specifications of the regulation notified to the WTO in document G/TBT/N/CRI/9 on 7 December 2004, it establishes clearer procedures with a view to facilitating trade. This proposal also repeals the existing regulation on this subject (Executive Decree No. 32253-MEIC and amendments thereto).
