Appellate Body Report and Panel Report

Action by the Dispute Settlement Body

At its meeting on 21 March 2017, the Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body report on Russian Federation - Measures on the Importation of Live Pigs, Pork and Other Pig Products from the European Union (WT/DS475/AB/R and WT/DS475/AB/R/Add.1) and the Panel report (WT/DS475/R and WT/DS475/R/Add.1), as modified by the Appellate Body report. The Panel report should be read in conjunction with the Appellate Body report.
