It is my honour to provide to you the Report of the Appellate Body in Russian Federation – Measures on the Importation of Live Pigs, Pork and Other Pig Products from the European Union (WT/DS475/AB/R). The Report will be circulated to Members of the World Trade Organization at approximately 5 p.m. today, and is confidential until circulation. The three Members of the Appellate Body who served on this appeal were Mr Shree B.C. Servansing, as Presiding Member of the Division, and Mr Ricardo Ramírez-Hernández and Mr Peter Van den Bossche, as Members.
