European Union - Anti-Dumping Measures on Biodiesel from Argentina

Agreement under Article 21.3(b) of the DSU

The following communication, dated 9 December 2016, from the delegation of the European Union and the delegation of Argentina to the Chairperson of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated in accordance with Article 21.3(b) of the DSU.

We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Article 21.3(b) of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes ("DSU"), the European Union and Argentina have agreed that the reasonable period of time for the European Union to implement the recommendations and rulings of the Dispute Settlement Body ("DSB") in the dispute European Union - Anti-Dumping Measures on Biodiesel from Argentina (DS473) shall be 9 months and 15 days from the 26 October 2016 date of adoption of the DSB recommendations and rulings. Accordingly, the reasonable period of time expires on 10 August 2017.
