Description of content: This technical regulation lays down
obligatory requirements for technical devices which are able to produce
electromagnetic interference. It establishes conditions for free circulation
of technical devices within the customs territory of the EAEU provided that
all requirements are met.

This
technical regulation has been enforced urgently due to accession of the
Kyrgyz Republic to the EAEU.
