Communication from the Panel

The following communication, dated 7 January 2016, was received from the Chairperson of the Panel with the request that it be circulated to the Dispute Settlement Body.

The Panel, in its communication to the Dispute Settlement Body dated 22 April 2015 (WT/DS475/6), indicated that it expected to issue its final report to the parties to the dispute in February 2016. In light of modifications to the timetable, as well as of the scale and complexity of the dispute, the Panel expects to issue its final report to the parties by early April 2016.

I would be grateful if you would circulate this letter to the Members of the DSB.
