Replacement of the Chairperson and a Member of the Panel

Following the resignation on 1 December 2015 of the Chairperson and a member of the Panel, the Director-General on 11 December 2015 has appointed a new Chairperson and a new member of the Panel. Accordingly, the composition of the Panel is as follows:
