Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (DSU)
provides that the period in which a panel shall conduct its examination, from

will issue its report.
The Panel on Russia – Anti-Dumping Duties on Light Commercial Vehicles from Germany
and Italy (WT/DS479) was established by the DSB on 22 July 2014 and
composed on 19 December 2014.
The beginning of the Panel's
work has been delayed as a result of a lack of available experienced lawyers in
the Secretariat. The Panel does not expect to issue its final report to the
parties before the end of 2016.
