European Communities – Measures Affecting the Approval
and Marketing of Biotech Products

Following the mutually agreed solutions reached with Argentina (document WT/DS293/41) and Canada (WT/DS292/40), the European Union remains ready to continue its discussions with the United States with the goal of resolving this dispute and related issues.
