Replacement of a Member of the Panel

Note by the Secretariat

Following the resignation on 26 November 2014 of Mr Steve Hathaway, Panel member, and pursuant to a request from the European Union on 28 November 2014, the Director‑General appointed a new member of the Panel on 4 December 2014. Accordingly, the composition of the Panel is now as follows:
