COMMUNICATION FROM THE PANEL

The following communication, dated 25 September 2014, was received from the Chairperson of the Panel with the request that it be circulated to the Dispute Settlement Body.

The Panel, in its communication to the Dispute Settlement Body dated 17 March 2014 (WT/DS457/4), indicated that it expected to issue its final report to the parties to the dispute in September 2014. In light of modifications to the timetable that were requested by the parties, the Panel expects to issue its final report to the parties in October 2014.
