The following notification, dated 7 August 2014, from the Chair of the Appellate Body addressed to the Chair of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated to Members in accordance with Article 17.5 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes.

It is my honour to provide to you the Reports of the Appellate Body in China – Measures Related to the Exportation of Rare Earths, Tungsten, and Molybdenum, WT/DS431/AB/R, WT/DS432/AB/R, WT/DS433/AB/R. These Reports will be circulated to Members of the World Trade Organization at 5.30 p.m. today, in accordance with Article 17.5 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes. These Reports are confidential until their circulation. The three Members of the Appellate Body who served on these appeals were Mr Seung Wha Chang, as Presiding Member, and Ms Yuejiao Zhang and myself, as Members.
