of Disputes.

          It is my honour to provide to you the Reports of the Appellate Body in European Communities – Measures Prohibiting the Importation and Marketing of Seal Products, WT/DS400/AB/R and WT/DS401/AB/R. These Reports will be circulated to Members of the World Trade Organization at 4.00 p.m. today, in accordance with Article 17.5 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes. These Reports are confidential until their circulation. The three Members of the Appellate Body who served on these appeals
were Mr Thomas Graham, as Presiding Member, Ms Yuejiao Zhang and Mr Seung Wha Chang,
as Members.
