        Australia, Canada and the European Union notified the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of their desire to be joined in the consultations requested by the United States, pursuant to Article 4.11 of the DSU.

        In a letter addressed to the delegations of Australia, Canada and the European Union and copied to the Chairperson of the DSB, the delegation of Indonesia stated that it "would like to convey to you that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia would like to accept your request to join the consultation.

I would also like to inform that Indonesia is desired to conduct the consultation with the United States on 21-22 February 2013 in Geneva bilaterally, and will conduct another consultation together with the third parties in further proposed date."
