Appellate Body Reports and Panel Reports

Action by the Dispute Settlement Body

        At its meeting on 20 January 2012, the Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body reports on Philippines – Taxes on Distilled Spirits (WT/DS396/AB/R, WT/DS403/AB/R) and the Panel reports (WT/DS396/R, WT/DS403/R), as modified by the Appellate Body reports.  The Panel reports should be read in conjunction with the Appellate Body reports.
