DSB Recommendations and Rulings in the Dispute
European Communities – Regime for the Importation, Sale and Distribution, of Bananas: Second Recourse to Article 21.5 of the DSU by Ecuador

The EC reaffirms its intention to bring itself into compliance with the recommendations and rulings of the DSB by modifying its scheduled tariff commitments on bananas.
