Agreement under Article 21.3(b) of the DSU

            The following communication, dated 10 February 2006, from the delegation of Korea and the delegation of Indonesia to the Chairman of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated in accordance with Article 21.3(b) of the DSU.

            The Representatives of the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Indonesia wish to inform you that, following discussions held under Article 21.3(b) of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes, we have mutually agreed that the reasonable period of time for the Republic of Korea to implement the recommendations and rulings of the DSB in the dispute "Korea – Anti-Dumping Duties on Imports of Certain Paper from Indonesia (WT/DS312)" shall be eight months, expiring on 28 July 2006.

            We request that you circulate this notification to the Members of the Dispute Settlement Body.
