JAPAN - TAXES ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

       Acceptance by Japan of the Requests to Join Consultations by Canada and the United States

                                                     under Article 4.11 of the DSU

        In a communication, dated 19 July 1995, Japan informed the Dispute Settlement Body that it had accepted the requests of the United States (WT/DS8/2) and Canada (WT/DS8/3) to join consultations which the European Communities had requested with Japan (WT/DS8/1).
