Paragraphs 2 and 3 should read:

2.     On 31 May 1995 (WT/DSB/M/5), the DSB established a panel pursuant to the request made by Brazil (WT/DS4/2, United States - Standards for Reformulated and Conventional Gasoline, requested by Brazil).

3.     On 31 May 1995 (WT/DSB/M/5), pursuant to Article 9 of the DSU in respect of multiple complaints, all parties agreed that for practical reasons the latter dispute be examined by the same Panel already established at the request of Venezuela on 10 April 1995 (WT/DSB/M/4).
