Chile - Price Band System and Safeguard Measures

Relating to Certain Agricultural Products (WT/DS207)

            Pursuant to Article 21.6 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (DSU), Chile hereby presents a new status report in the dispute Chile - Price Band System and Safeguard Measures Relating to Certain Agricultural Products (WT/DS207).

            The measures taken to comply in both form and substance with the DSB recommendations and rulings in this dispute were adopted and entered into force at the end of 2003.  Such compliance by Chile means that there has been no progress since then within the meaning of Article 21.6 of the DSU.

            I should be grateful if you would include this status report in the agenda of the next DSB meeting on 19 March 2004.
