NOTE BY THE SECRETARIAT
Listed hereunder are reports under Article 16.4
of the Uruguay Round Agreement received during December 2022. These reports
have been received from Argentina; Australia; Brazil; Canada;
Indonesia; Japan; Kazakhstan; Mexico; Paraguay; Russian Federation; Türkiye;
United Kingdom; and United States concerning preliminary and
final anti-dumping actions.[1] These
reports are available and may be obtained electronically from the WTO Secretariat
by government representatives.[2]
