following communication, dated 23 November 2022, is being circulated at the
request of the delegation of Ukraine.

2022-2024 and relates to restrictions in force as of 22 November 2022 |

F. This notification contains information* relating to: Section 1: List of quantitative restrictions that are
currently in force. Section 2: Cross-reference to other WTO notifications
with information on quantitative restrictions that are currently in force and
additional information. |

G. Comments of a general
nature, including a description of the elimination of restrictions notified
under D.2.2 and the date they ceased to be in force. Ukraine
notifies the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 1 November
2022 No. 1278 "On Amendment to Annex 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet
of Ministers of Ukraine of 29 December 2021 No. 1424", according to
which code 2701 for coal, anthracite; briquettes, ovoids and similar solid
fuels manufactured from coal is replaced by codes 2701 11 00 00, 2701 12 90
00, 2701 19 00 00, 2701 20 00 00. Additionally,
a quota of 200,000 tons for coking coal (grade "K" only) under
code 2701 12 10 00 is
introduced. The
measure is effective from 16 November 2022. |
