Listed hereunder are reports
under Article 16.4 of the Uruguay Round Agreement received during October 2022.
These reports have been received from Argentina; Armenia; Australia;
Brazil; the European Union; India; Indonesia; Kazakhstan; Korea, Rep. of; Mexico; Morocco; Pakistan;
Russian Federation; South Africa; Türkiye; and the Viet
Nam concerning preliminary and final anti‑dumping actions.[1] These
reports are available and may be obtained electronically from the WTO Secretariat
by government representatives.[2]
