Proposal for a Decision on aN eighth Extension of the
Period for the Acceptance
by Members of the Protocol Amending the TRIPS Agreement
At
its meeting of 13-14 October 2021, the Council for TRIPS decided to submit to
the General Council the attached proposal for a decision on an eighth
extension of the period for the acceptance by Members who are yet to accept the
Protocol Amending the TRIPS Agreement.
