Revision

The decision of the Committee in document G/TRIMS/5 regarding notifications under Article 6.2 of the TRIMs Agreement provides for the submission of such notifications by 1 February 1997. Reproduced below is a list of communications received so far pursuant to this decision. In this revision, the notification from Guinea has been added.

Afghanistan

In accordance with Article 6.2 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Investment Measures, the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has the honour to notify that the Republic of Afghanistan has no specific publications in which trade-related investment measures may be found. All laws, decrees and other regulatory measures are published in the official Gazette of ministry of Justice (https://moj.gov.af/).

Albania

With reference to Article 6.2 of the TRIMs Agreement, the Government of Albania has the honour to notify the Committee on Trade-Related Investment Measures that it does not maintain trade-related investment measures for the time being and, accordingly, does not have any publication in this regard.

Angola

Pursuant to Article 6.2 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Investment Measures, the Government of Angola wishes to notify that Angola has no specific mechanism for the publication of investment measures. All national laws, decrees and regulatory measures are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic (Diário da República).
