ON TARIFFS AND TRADE 1994

The following
communication, dated 18 June 2021, is being circulated at the request of the
delegation of El Salvador.

Pursuant to
Article 22.1 of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the GATT 1994
(Customs Valuation Agreement), the delegation of El Salvador hereby notifies
the Committee on Customs Valuation of the Reglamento
Centroamericano sobre la Valoración Aduanera de las Mercancías (Central American Regulations on Customs Valuation
of Goods),[1] established by COMIECO Resolution No.
115-2004 of 28 June 2004 and published in the Official Journal of the Republic
of El Salvador on 27 July 2004 (volume 364, No. 140).
