The following
communication, dated and received on 11 March 2021,
is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Guinea.

Pursuant to the
notification requirement under Article 6.2 of the Agreement on Trade-Related
Investment Measures (TRIMs), in conjunction with the Decision of the TRIMs
Committee of 30 September 1996, the Republic of Guinea wishes to inform
the Committee that the official source in which information on TRIMs can be
found is the Investment Code of 25 May 2015, published in the
Official Journal of the Republic of Guinea.
