In the Summary, on page 6, third sentence of paragraph 3 should read as follows:
3. "The measures resulted in significant negative short-term effects, including capital flight."
On page 11, second sentence of paragraph 1.4 should read as follows:
1.4. "Although the short-term effects of the diplomatic rift and resulting economic measures were severe, Qatar's reserves allowed it to implement policies that quickly restored economic stability."
On page 12, paragraph 1.5 should read as follows:
1.5. "The measures caused a temporary spike in food prices, but the successful development of new supply chains reversed the inflationary pressures throughout the economy. The measures prompted a drive for self-sufficiency in some agricultural commodities. The agricultural sector accordingly expanded, although from a very small base."
On page 26, paragraph 2.26 should read as follows:
2.26. Qatar responded to these measures by making extensive use of the multilateral framework under the WTO, in particular trade facilitation and the diversification of import sources. The authorities are of the view that the measures acted as a catalyst that pushed institutional and policy changes. Most of the initiatives undertaken by the Government to provide continuity and mitigate risks associated with the measures advanced the country's economic development and diversification agenda as set forth in Qatar National Vision 2030 and NDS-2."
On page 26, paragraph 2.27 should read as follows:
2.27 "On 5 January 2021, during a GCC Summit, GCC members signed an agreement to end the measures against Qatar."
