The following communication, dated 5 February 2021, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of Canada.

Endorsements of the Mechanism for Developing, Documenting and Sharing Practices and Procedures in the Conduct of WTO Disputes and of Circulated Practice Documents

1.    The following Members have indicated their endorsement of the "Statement on a Mechanism for Developing, Documenting and Sharing Practices and Procedures in the Conduct of WTO Disputes" (JOB/DSB/1):

3.    Any Member may add to the list above a document containing additional practices and procedures corresponding to the material identified in Paragraph 6(a), or may add or remove its endorsement of any document already circulated, including the Statement, by requesting the Secretariat to circulate a revision to this document. In addition, a Member that has issued a document containing additional practices and procedures may add or remove an endorsement for another Member, upon request of that Member, and request the Secretariat to circulate a revision to this document. Where a Member adds or removes an endorsement of a document already circulated, it will indicate this by underlining the new endorsement and striking through the removal of the endorsement. The underlining and strikethrough formatting should be removed in subsequent revisions.
