The following communication, dated 31 July 2020, concerns the composition of the pool of 10 standing arbitrators pursuant to paragraph 4 of communication JOB/DSB/1/Add.12. It is being circulated at the request of the Delegations of: Australia; Benin; Brazil; Canada; China; Chile; Colombia; Costa Rica; Ecuador; the European Union; Guatemala; Hong Kong, China; Iceland; Mexico; Montenegro; New Zealand; Nicaragua; Norway; Pakistan; Singapore; Switzerland; Ukraine; and Uruguay.

Multi‑party Interim Appeal Arbitration arrangement
Pursuant to Article 25 of the DSU

 

The Delegations listed above present their compliments to the World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Body and refer to the communication on the Multi-Party Interim Appeal Arbitration Arrangement pursuant to Article 25 of the DSU, dated 30 April 2020 and circulated as document JOB/DSB/1/Add.12.

 

These Delegations are pleased to announce that the pool of 10 standing arbitrators for the purposes of the Multi-Party Interim Appeal Arbitration Arrangement pursuant to Article 25 of the DSU is composed of the following persons:
