OF PUBLICATIONS IN WHICH TRIMS MAY BE FOUND

Addendum
The
following communication, dated 3 December 2019, is being circulated at the
request of the Delegation of Vanuatu.

In Accordance with Article 6.2 of the Agreement on Trade Related
Investment Measures, the Republic of Vanuatu notifies the Secretariat on the
following publication in which trade-related investment measures may be found.
The publication in which TRIMS may be found are published in the
Government Official Gazette and on the following website below:
The Vanuatu Promotion Authority (VIPA) Act CAP 248.
