INVOCATION OF PARAGRAPH 5 OF
ARTICLE XXVIII
The
following communication, dated 17 May 2017, is being circulated at the request
of the delegation of Uruguay.

The Permanent Mission of Uruguay
hereby notifies that it reserves the right under Article XXVIII:5 of the GATT
1994 to modify its Schedule XXXI, in accordance with the provisions of that
Article, during the three-year period commencing 1 January 2018.
