PROTOCOL AMENDING THE AGREEMENT
ON GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT

DONE AT GENEVA ON 30 MARCH 2012

 

 

        ENTRY INTO FORCE

        AND

        NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCES

 

        I have the honour to inform you that, in accordance with its paragraph 3, the above-mentioned Protocol will enter into force on 6 April 2014, having been accepted by the parties listed below to the Agreement on Government Procurement, done at Marrakesh on 15 April 1994:

        I also have the honour to inform you that on 17 March 2014, Japan accepted the above-mentioned Protocol.  In terms of its paragraph 3, the Protocol will enter into force for Japan on 16 April 2014.

 

        This depositary notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Protocol.
