Anti-Dumping Duties on Frozen Fries
from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands
Agreed Procedures for Arbitration under Article 25 of
the DSU
The following communication, dated 13 July 2020, from the
delegation of Colombia and the delegation of the European Union to the
Chairperson of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated at the request of
these delegations.

Pursuant to Article 25.2 of the
DSU, Colombia and the European Union notify to all Members that they have
agreed to the attached Procedures for Arbitration under Article 25 of the DSU
in the case DS591 Colombia-Anti-dumping
Duties on Frozen Fries from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
The European Union and Colombia
request that you circulate to all Members these Procedures in the DS document
series for that dispute.
