UPDATE OF EXPORT CERTIFICATES FOR PLANT AND
PLANT PRODUCTS

The following communication,
received on 5 December 2018, is being circulated at the request of the
Delegation of Turkey.
1. Within the framework of the transition to the Presidential
Administration System in our country, the name of "The Ministry of Food,
Agriculture and Livestock" has been re-organised as "The Ministry of
Agriculture and Forestry" and accordingly the logo has also been changed.
2. In this context, Phytosanitary Certificate, Re-Export Phytosanitary
Certificate and Additional Declaration document models which have been designed
for the plant and plant products exported from our country were updated.
3. Updated new models are published at the following link:
https://www.tarimorman.gov.tr/Konu/1963/Yeni_Logolu_BSS.
4. The use of new model updated certificates and additional declaration
documents will be initiated starting from 1 January 2019.
5. However, the certificates with the old logo found in the stocks of
our Directorates as well as the additional declaration documents can be used
until 31 March 2019. After this date, the use of certificates with the old logo
and additional declaration documents shall be terminated and the use of
completely new certificates shall be initiated as of 1 April 2019.
