Brief description of the notified legal
text
For the purpose of improvement of
procedures on the provision of legal protection of intellectual property
objects belonged to physical and legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic, in
accordance with articles 9, 32, 37 and 38 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic
"On the Copyrights and Related Rights", Article 14 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On
the legal protection of programs for electronic calculating machines and
databases", Article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the legal
protection of topology of integrated circuits", articles 10 and 17 of the Constitutional Law of the
Kyrgyz Republic "On the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Approve the Regulation on Fees
for registration of copyright objects, related rights and topologies of
integrated circuits as per enclosure.
