The following notification, dated 5 October 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Angola.

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures, the Republic of Angola hereby notifies its current legislation on administrative procedures relating to import, export and re‑export licensing (Presidential Decree No. 75/17 of 7 April).
