Following up on the notification dated 16 March 2017 (G/TFA/N/BRA/2) in which Brazil notified its Article 1.4(c) commitment (reproduced below for reference), Brazil hereby makes the following notification in accordance with Articles 10.4.3, 10.6.2 and 12.2.2 of the Agreement on Trade Facilitation.
