in Italy

The
United Arab Emirates is lifting the ban on the importation of domestic and
wild birds and their untreated by-product, day-old chicks, hatching eggs from
Italy, and the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat and table
eggs from Veneto in Italy on 3 September 2018. This follows the publishing of
the Final report (Follow-up report No. 40) of Highly Pathogenic Avian
Influenza in Bulgaria on 2 August 2018, and in compliance with Article 10.4.4,
Chapter 10.4 of the OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code.
