AGREEMENT ON IMPORT LICENSING PROCEDURES
NOTIFICATION UNDER
ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE AGREEMENT (2016)
Peru
The following
notification, dated 2 August 2018, is being circulated at the request
of the delegation of Peru.

Peru wishes to inform the Committee on
Import Licensing that the notification submitted under Article 7.3 of the
Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures, as contained in document
G/LIC/N/3/PER/11, remains valid for the year 2016.
Hence,
no administrative procedure related to import licensing exists in Peru and the
questions in the Questionnaire on Import Licensing Procedures do not therefore
apply to Peru.
