1.         Question regarding the "Programme for Economic Subvention to the Price of Diesel Oil Used by Fishing Vessels" (page 11 of document G/SCM/N/315/BRA):

Who are the beneficiaries of the Programme for Economic Subvention to the Price of Diesel Oil Used by Fishing Vessels? That is, is the programme applicable in Brazil to operators of both large‑scale and small‑scale industrial fishing vessels?

2.         Question regarding the "National Programme for Financing the Enlargement and Modernization of National Fishing Fleet – PROFROTA Pesqueira" (page 12 of document G/SCM/N/315/BRA):

What environmental criteria of sustainability are applied by Brazil to prevent this incentive programme from leading to overfishing?
