Executive Decision no. 335/2016[1]
specifies the prohibition of import of some species of dogs and animals.

promulgates the form model for CITES Certificate.

Chief Executive Decision no. 335/2016 of 11 October 2016 on the prohibition
of import of some species of dogs and animals entered into force on 12
October 2016.

The Secretary
for Economy and Finance Decision no. 10/2018 of 29 January 2018 on the form
model for CITES Certificate entered into force on 1 March 2018.

21 days prior to the effective date of the requirement but in all events
not later than such effective date. Any
exception, derogations or changes in or from the rules concerning licensing
procedures or the list of products subject to import licensing shall also be
published in the same manner and within the same time periods as specified

shall be published, in the sources notified to the Committee on Import
