The following communication, dated 27 July 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Sierra Leone.

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Sierra Leone to the World Trade Organization in Geneva presents its compliments to the Secretariat of the Council for Trade in Goods of the World Trade Organization and has the honour to inform that as indicated at the General Council meeting on 26 July 2018, pursuant to paragraph 3 of the draft waiver decision concerning the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme for Rough Diamonds (document G/C/W/753), Sierra Leone hereby notifies its desire to be covered by the aforementioned waiver and to be included in the Annex to the said Waiver Decision.
