Notification under Articles 5.1‑5.4 of the Agreement[i]

The following notification,
dated 3 May 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Indonesia.
[i] "Members which
institute licensing procedures or changes in these procedures shall notify the
Committee of such within 60 days of publication [...]" (Art. 5.1).
