Committee on Customs Valuation - Preshipment inspection - Note by the Secretariat - Revision

PRESHIPMENT INSPECTION

Note by the Secretariat[1]

Revision

At its meeting of 12 and 25 November and 17 December 1999, the Committee on Customs Valuation agreed that the Secretariat would prepare, in advance of regular meetings of the Committee, a document indicating the situation with regard to countries using preshipment inspection (PSI) regimes.  It presents information which is compiled exceptionally by the International Federation of Inspection Agencies (IFIA) in response to a request by the WTO.  This document is the twenty-third of this series and was submitted by IFIA on 12 April 2018.
