The following communication, dated 16 October 2017, was received from the delegation of the European Union.[1] It reports on activities pursuant to paragraph 1 of the Decision on the Implementation of Article 66.2 of the TRIPS Agreement (IP/C/28) by the European Union, as well as certain of its member States (Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Sweden and the United Kingdom). This document constitutes a new detailed report with information on the implementation of Article 66.2 of the TRIPS Agreement.
