Corrigendum^*

Due to a clerical error, please note that on page 13, in paragraph 5.5, it should be indicated that eleven (instead of ten) Parties have provided statistical reports and Hong Kong, China should be added to the list of Parties. Paragraph 5.5. should therefore read as follows:

"5.5.       Article XIX:5 of the 1994 Agreement and Article XVI:4 of the revised GPA require Parties to collect and provide, on an annual basis, statistics on their procurements covered by the Agreement. During the period under review, eleven Parties (Canada; the European Union; Hong Kong, China; Iceland; Japan; the Republic of Moldova; the Netherlands with respect to Aruba; New Zealand; Switzerland; Chinese Taipei and Ukraine) have provided statistical reports (see Table 3 below)."
