NOTE FROM THE SECRETARIAT

In order to assist Members, the following are deadlines for submission of various documentation following up on the October 2017 meetings, and in conjunction with the April 2018 meetings of the Committees on Anti-Dumping Practices, Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and Safeguards, and subsidiary bodies, which will be held in the week of 23 April 2018.

Members are reminded to always submit written questions and answers directly to the Member concerned at the same time that they submit them to the Secretariat for circulation.

1  AD/CVD Legislation Notifications

The Secretariat will circulate to Members by 16 March 2018 a list of the new notifications of legislation that will be on the agenda for review at the regular meetings in April 2018. Pursuant to procedures adopted by the Committees, notifications circulated in all three WTO working languages not later than 12 March 2018 will be reviewed at the Committees' April 2018 regular meetings.

13 November 2017          Written follow-up questions regarding notifications of legislation reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2017.

4 December 2017            Written answers to written questions regarding notifications of legislation reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2017.

12 March 2018                 Written questions regarding previously-reviewed notifications of legislation, for consideration at the Committees' regular meetings in April 2018.

3 April 2018                      Written questions regarding new notifications of legislation to be reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in April 2018.

9 April 2018                      Written answers to written questions submitted by 12 March 2018 regarding previously reviewed notifications of legislation, for consideration at the Committees' regular meetings in April 2018.
