The following communication is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the European Union.

The anti-dumping measures on "Fatty alcohols and their blends" from India, Indonesia and Malaysia expired on 12 November 2016. These measures should therefore be removed from the Annex – Definitive Measures in Force table on pages 16 and 17 of document G/ADP/N/294/EU and noted instead in the Annex – Termination of Measures table of same document.
